Tim Kelly is not the problem. You can’t run an offense with the personnel we have. For as much as Vrabel (and the rest of the staff) harp on about flexibility, it’s painfully obvious what we are running because of the personnel limitations. Henry also hamstrings the offense because, while being a great back, needs good blocking to get wide open lanes, which we can’t do, but he’s Derrick Henry, so we have to give him the ball. Watch what he did with Houston.
