How would you rank who is best between Brunson, Randle, and RJ from 1-3 and why? Would anyone here have Mitch or IQ leapfrog into the top 3?

    1. Brunson

    2. Randle

    3. RJ

RJ has been the best out of the 3 so far this year, but it’s still only been 10 games (and RJ has only played in 7). I really can’t I’m good faith put him ahead of either those two guys. I’ll reconsider it after 20-25 depending on where everyone is at. I gotta see RJ sustain this level of play before I can change my mind.

However, once Randle gets healthier and more in rhythm I think him and Brunson are 1A/1B on any given night. Brunson will always be more efficient, but Randle brings so much more in terms of rebounding and facilitation that goes unnoticed by many.

In all sincerity, Randle’s rebounding and playmaking is important to the team but how can you argue Randle and Brunson are 1A/1B given the sheer amount of playoff success Brunson has had, and the lack thereof from Randle?

We instantly became a second round playoff team after Brunson joined even though we missed the playoffs the year before. He was also insanely important in helping the Mavs reach the Western Conference Finals.

I disagree that Randle brings more facilitation than Brunson. Brunson has a better assist/ turnover ratio than Randle. Randle is a decent passer but I would say it’s a byproduct of him getting doubled vs Brunson’s facilitation is off the dribble which is a higher level of difficulty imo
