The one that comes to mind for me is Sigrun from God of War 2018. So close so many times, probably 80-100 deaths. Even on lower difficulties she’s a lm absolute beast.

He is the final boss. Its really unfair fight imo since he does what feels like a combo’s worth of damage in a single hit
