Ask what the contract stipulates (or in other words, you are severely lacking information to answer the q).

If they insist an answer - and I understand that they make a solution impossible, the app fails, everything has been tried, the supplier won’t update it - then either you offer alternate software or you consider how much it would cost to keep the customer and perhaps let them go

In any case, I would also tell them that either we have a monopoly position and the customer is stuck with us, or there is competition who don’t appear to have their software fail so in that case I don’t believe that everything has been tried yet to fix ours

  • Though a small warning with cleanups. If you truly did not sign up on some service, clicking anything in the mail (or even loading the pictures from the mail) would let the malicious source know their mails arrived and you opened them. I know several people that regretted doing this as they received tons more spam after violently and blindly unsubsribing from a lot of services.

It takes a lot of work but I keep mine up to date, if I get unsolicited mail I mark it as spam, mail that is normal but annoying will be unsubscribed or automatically marked as read

  • It’s safe to say that the photos are not going to be retrieved as it would be very difficult (android has measures for such cases). If you were some sort of celebrity or something and they know that, they may go to more trouble but it would still be expensive and difficult.

One question though, was there an sd card in your device to which photos were saved to? If so, I don’t think that would be wiped, at least not in my experience wiping older droid phones. The sd card can be physically taken out and read by other phones/computers
