It looks fine, but I wish they’d have gone with long-hood short-deck RWD proportions. If someone had told me they were bringing back the Accord Coupe and this was the design, I’d have believed them, 100%. They did so much work to make the ICE Acura TLX look like a RWD, then they turn around and make this EV–supposedly free of the design constraints imposed by ICE powertrains–look like a FWD.
I think the biggest obstacle to Chinese brands entering the US isn’t the quality of their products, but poor US-China relations. The way things are, if a Chinese brand started gaining real traction in the US, there’d probably be calls to ban it and other Chinese cars from the country.
