Thar offense sucks bad, it wasn’t as much to do with our defense. That being said, even the worst offenses can get lucky, so even if it’s not impressive it’s still worth being happy about that the defense delivered as advertised.

Not at all, though it seems that’s how it’s being interpreted, which is unfortunate. Tyreek was 10/11, it was our best bet to target him. My question was more to do with the fact that tua’s connection with everyone else looked off, and then looked better on that drive. Look at waddle, tua forced two turnover worthy throws to him, as well as some drops. On that drive though waddle had 3 nice plays.
My thought process wasn’t that it was somehow tyreek’s fault, but that maybe McDaniel was doing something to compensate for his absence, and they had discovered something that could help going forward.
Like hypothetically, let’s say McDaniel made things simpler and that was helping. Needing to simplify wouldn’t be a knock on tyreek at all. In that case they could approach future games with more simple calls, and the rest of the offense would improve while tyreek maintained his elite play.
The point is that I don’t know enough to know what that fix/improvement was (or if it existed at all), so I was curious if people here knew more.
I wonder what we’ll see of other players’ families, my guess is each episode will highlight a star player and/or their family.
I’m sorry, but having yards on the season and yards in a game on the same axis is very bad. Reading the chart implies he got 2k in the chargers game.
Did anyone think Wilson was better than Russell? This is honestly more in Zach’s favour than I would’ve expected. Granted, Zach is on a much better team.
This is the greatest post on this sub
You say we have no clue who’s the best, but we know fairly well how the teams compare. Steelers are the worst, with the browns fighting for that spot given the qb situation, Ravens are the best with the Bengals picking up steam and very close behind. Sure they’ll all drop games to each other, but that’s standard division shenanigans.
Tua against a floundering mid to bad team, with Harlan. Y’all better watch out.
Throwing zappe to the wolves with like 90 seconds, 1 timeout, and 80 yards to go is absolute coaching malpractice.
There’s no way that was going to help the team win (despite how much Mac sucks), they did it to throw a tantrum and be petty towards Mac.
This is probably as healthy as we’re ever going to be for a big game. If this team has super bowl aspirations they need to win, playoff run aspirations they need to keep it very close. Anything less and we are pretenders.
I think theyll end up around 9 wins, Zach Wilson is awful at football, but man the Rodgers Jets would’ve been the best team in football. Maybe this doesn’t surprise other people, but I didn’t buy into the hype during the offseason so it surprised me.
Looking at their games so far, I don’t see any good argument that they wouldn’t be 7-0.
I know it’s flying really close to the sun, but I hope we see him run more. He’s no dual threat but he can move better than his stats would indicate. It seems to get him and the team fired up, and it’s always a fun change of pace.
If Taylor plays at the same level he has since he got the job, until week 10, it’ll be interesting to see what they do. Taylor is pretty obviously the better player, but it’s still quite close.
It’s subtle but the changes you made to the graphic are awesome, nice job.
