Well that specific run was 60km. But yeah, should’ve brought more drinks and snacks for that one.

Oh god, I sweat buckets doing that. But it is nice to turn your brain off and not have to think about pace.
Maybe not the best idea physically, but often helps mentally get wrap your brain around what you’re going to do.
Nah, some walls you hit you just can’t keep on trucking after no matter how strong your will.
Oh god, that’s the worst part. I often subway it home and often hobble about walking home as my legs tend to seize up when I sit down after a long run even if I felt fine when I stopped.
Also the really long runs I’m dizzy as fuck afterwards.
Honestly 50ks are easier than marathons since you don’t feel ANY kind of need to keep up a decent pace. Now 60k+, that’s where the real suck comes in.
Few points:
-Here we get to see the Korean wedding ducks again but not wrapped up together and facing away from each other. Very obvious symbolism of how Debbie’s trying to untangle her life from her memories of Nolan.
-Freaking love the Mauler Twins. Just like Dr. Doom is almooooost a hero but just too arrogant and Mauler are almooooost wise-cracking anti-heroes but just too dickish. Can’t stop smiling whenever they’re on screen.
-Was watching it with my teen son and asked him “so…was this what you expected to happen?” and how emphatically he was shaking his head while saying “no!” brought joy to my heart. Great change of pace for a kid who grew up on Marvel. With things like “Will Eve save the people in the car?” you just don’t know what will happen next when with a lot of media it’d be a given.
