I tried to buy steam gift cards on game stop and the seller told me that i am only allowed to buy 2 gifts cards. Which is 100$. Would take a week until i get the whole money. Dont know if best buy has this limit tho, but i went to some and it didnt even had the gift cards.

Does paysafecard could work ? Like, use the paysafe card to change my location of my account to canada by buying something, then use gift cards from best buy to buy the deck and sent it where i am staying ? Is there a chance that valve may refund it tho ? My account has a lot of games and is very old, not a single VAC ban ever
