Not sure how it works where you are but in UK you can tell the ISP which room you want the router in, so the easy option is to just put the router in the office. If you want the router elsewhere, or you want wired connections in other rooms, you’ll want to run CAT6 cables. Best way is to put one port in each room and have them all lead to a cupboard or somewhere out of the way
