Ah lame. You shouldn’t have to login just to see a link. Weird, I’ll try to edit the link in a bit.

You can get EF to RF adapters. That way you’ll get the best of both worlds - modern when you want it, filmic when you’re nostalgic :)
I have 1 Sony and 1 Panasonic body, and I just bought an EF 24-105L cause I can use it on both with adapters.

500px, but that’s feeling burnt out for me lately. I’ve tried reviving my 12 yr old Flickr, but that site’s pretty dead.
I’m seeing my Instagram and YouTube feed being flooded with reels and shorts
Content creators are pandering to their target audience - people under 21 who don’t know what it’s like to have evolved the amount we have.
Sounds like it’s working.
Doesn’t mean it’s cool or good - but it doesn’t have to be. It just has to get the views they so desperately crave.
Nooo! That’s the worst feeling! Had that happen enough that I started stashing extra cards around - at least one in my camera bag and one in my glove box 😁
I’m not specifically looking for people. But I’m not running away from them either. I’m just looking for interesting compositions, whatever that involves.
I try to keep that mindset too. But there’s definitely a division between people weirded out that you’re taking their picture, and others who don’t mind and do a cheesy pose.
Random aside - I feel like community events are open game for candid compositions.
For what you want to use it for, Flickr is still the best option!
I recently started to revive mine, and frankly should’ve used it for a link I posted this morning instead of 500px :P
