I went once for about 1.5 hours, went around 1.7 miles (2.7k). I didn’t take breaks, but I had to make sure my pacing wasn’t too fast, otherwise I would get tired too easily. It’s very easy to speed up the pace a lot and take little steps, because it helps balance, but it drains energy 10x as fast.

I had to sit on a storage rack around four feet tall to get on them. And if I fall, the helmet is made of a bicycle helmet, and my clothing is enough padding for me! I did not fall though, thankfully. I wouldn’t have been able to stand back up without taking off the stilts.
