No the republican party spans multiple degrees of the right and majority of them are just right wing authoritarians, not far right, you can get much more right wing then the republican party

I honestly agree that America is in an awful place and there is potential it could get worse but it is hard to know for sure what potential awful political ideology could take over and I feel your being a bit alarmist, I think there is still a good bit of hope for America to get through it’s issues
