Yeah, the lane next to dragon needed to be opened up to more threats. Not enough people were coming bot per game. Hopefully the new small dudes in the Baron pit cause junglers to want to be top otherwise that lane is actually an island.

No reason to learn him if you don’t play professional league. Will be hardlocked to proplay, will be incredibly weak unless you play him perfectly and then just average if played to perfection unless Riot is ok with a champ being picked nearly every game in pro (has never been the case).
