There’s a mod called " No Fly zone " to stop you from flying in certain dimensions
If you open the logs folder , go to latest.log and that should give you more insight as to what the game is getting stuck on
There’s a mod called " Origins " that allows you to have effects and abilities, for example a ghast ability that allows you to throw fireballs but take water damage
It’s just a generic " the game crashed " code, You’d need to open the logs folder and open " latest.log " to fully understand what it is
