well, it depends on your playstyle, i think do you like tanks? either d.va or orisa are beginner friendly and powerful if known how to use dps? dunno here, I don’t play much dps, but I’d go with bastion since he’s fun and simple to learn :D as for support, moira requires no aiming and is really good at both healing and damage, mercy is more of a true healer too
