Depends where I fill up. If I am at my shop, I run 40 amp A/C. If on the road, I run 199 amp D/C.

BMW@gearhead.town•Why can't people seem to enjoy the N54B30 stock/without tuning?English
1·3 years agoFor you it is not your car and you do not get time to get used to that level of power. The power is addictive and over time you end up needing more and more.
You mean between the model x and the iX? Or the model x and the rivian r1s? Either way, you either like tesla or you do not like tesla. If you like tesla , go for it. The BMW is a far more superior vehicle, unless you like tesla.
All I can see is a hydraulic jack holding up a car with no jackstand there for safety, which I would say is pretty normal for a shop that does not care about training or safety.

1·3 years agoYou should n9t have to pay out if you document the reviews sith the employee, make it clear what they need to do, the first warning should give clear goals, the second warning should give a timeline to correction, and the third warning accompanies termination. Usually a justified termination does not pay out unemployment. I could be wrong on this, consult your lawyer.

1·3 years agoYou say they may not see it coming? Have you written them up a few times? Discussed the issue and ways they can fix it? I am not a lawyer, but I have been involved in two unemployment investigations. You better have all of your documentation together or your going to eat an unemployment claim.

1·3 years agoLuckily for me the original lease was very generous, and my business is highly profitable as well as succesfull and popular. It was easy to make up for the increase with a very slight increase in my billable hourly rate.
Bioshock Rapture, gave me so many emotions actually.

1·3 years agoHinestoy the massive spike in real-estate tax hit commercial l properties also. My leae went up 1k a month and probably will go up another 1k at the next lease negotiation. Is this why they are selling the business? How profitable is a hair salon?
Man seeing all these gorgeous cars is starting to make me hate my iX, congo rats.
You should take a loan out for the truck and appliances, and save the 20k for your cash flow and insurance and licensing.

1·3 years agoLike an HSA? Sounds like an HSA. Or a reverse HSA. I am pretty sure you can negotiate intrest free or near intrest free payments with just about any hospital. In fact, you could get a job as the person that helps people negotiate payments at the hospital. You would be doing what your talking about and working at a hospital probaly comes with pretty decent insurance.

1·3 years agoI had this done, so worth it. The program I did, when you complete it, you are immune to fines for a year.

1·3 years agoSend me an email that has actual pricing in it, clear terms, complete decriptions of what you offer, maybe some testimonials or a sample or two.
I do not want to sit through a 30 minute demo or phone call then find out pricing later on.
I give my clients pricing up front, if someone can not afford it, I do not want to waste mine or their time.
Find out how much money a tax proffesional wants to be paid to help you. Maybe get three estimates.
Turn this into a yearly cost, then divide that cost by the number of units you will sell in a year.
Raise your price per unit by double this cost.
