Anime voice acting is mostly non-union. There are exceptions to this, being Bang Zoom(They do a lot of english dubs for other markets and Netflix), Iyuno(Netflix as well), Sentai Filmworks, NYAV Post(Some Netflix as well), I’m probably missing or two, but those are the main ones.

They all have a much smaller share on the market, compared to Sony who basically owns it.
