That’s the point. People over-reacted to losing to the Broncos. Nobody is saying that Love compares favorably to Mahomes or Allen. Just that his mediocre stats in that game aren’t a damning indictment of his ability to play football like some claimed.

Don’t get me wrong, Love hasn’t looked great. But he’s had flashes that give hope. He certainly could be a reliable starter. Or he could be a massive bust. We will only find out as we watch his career unfold. Anyone who is definitively claiming they know how good he is or isnt are lying.

Lone brightspot so far seems to be Keisean Nixon. He’s really coming along as a CB.

I will also settle for a Vikings run to the playoffs, get the wild card and lose in the first round, as Vikings do.

People are going to hate the first half of this but hear me out… I really want to see the Vikings make it to a Super Bowl in my lifetime and since it looks like we dont have a shot, this would be the perfect year. The dream is that they make it and lose, thereby breaking their tie with Buffalo for the most Super Bowl Appearances without a win and tying the Patriots and Broncos for most Super Bowl losses in history.
