To answer your second question, they normally run fairly large, but it depends on the manufacturer. I have an old reebok L that still fits me and I normally wear a 2XL. The Nike jerseys aren’t that big tho. I usually go with a 2XL and it’s fairly baggy on me, which is a comfortable fit for a jersey, especially because I usually have another shirt on underneath
