I usually sell them so I can recoup some money when I upgrade. I sell them in private.

I thought jump from 11 Pro and 15 Pro would be a big jump compared to say jumping from 13 or 14 series.

What were you expecting?

To give you context I’m currently using 11 Pro and it will turning 4 years very soon.

How did you manage to get that level of damage to the phone?

iPhone 5 - Space Grey. My favourite.

The power button stopped working but luckily managed to get Apple to sort it out for free.

What was amazing is that they sent me a replacement iPhone 5 - Space Grey because they damaged the frame and button whilst fixing it.
