I was running 7200mhz RAM with my 13600kf and now with 14700k. It was only a problem in the beginning because my RAM kit was not supported by my Mobo. After BIOS update everything is fine without any issue. I have Asrock z790 pg riptide

No no i have Asrock Z790. So i tried it in xtu and now in BIOS And i found out that i can hit this without any voltage increase so Its pretty impressive
Yes i tried at stock. It was around 300-310w. This is very minor voltage increase probably around 0.015-20
I set 500w and max i have seen was 337w at multicore benchmark
As you can see in first screenshot, core 5 has been hitting 100C occasionally. But overall no
Try to increase voltage. Also i dont know why but i also had to remove my second SSD. After that it was stable at 1.5v with 1 SSD
