13·1 year agoDoes anyone have a link to a technical review of DeepSeek? Dataset analysis for example. All I have managed to find so far are articles about how much of a “disrupter” this will be.

UK Politics@feddit.uk•Starmer’s Plan to Push Long Term Sick Into Work Risks ‘Devastating Deterioration’ of Conditions Costing Even More in the Long RunEnglish
4·1 year agoNo positive change happened as a result of 2008, and I doubt any change will happen if there was an equal or even greater crash now.
The only way change will happen is if people demand it. The collective trauma of WW2 was enough to bring about change almost as if the populous went “That was shit, now we deserve something better”. That, and the fear of communist thought taking hold pushed the governing class to action.

4·2 years agoWhat a cool and normal country we have.
I dunno, seems pretty seems pretty complex to me. I’m sure the democratically elected bigwigs in charge know a thing or two about running industries properly. There must be some other reason that countries with underdeveloped solar industries are falling behind…if only we could figure it out!

Jellyfin is A-ok for the tech illiterate. I actually think it might be easier to navigate and use because it’s a bit more simple than Plex.
