It was listed as “enamel blue” and it is legit beautiful in the right light:
It is a great watch. It is beautiful, has presence, is an absolute strap monster, and just wears extremely well. I love the UNITAS/ETA 6498.1 Elaboré pocket watch movement as well.
Love all the UG and that Credor! I am just starting to Dip my toe into vintage … but I’m scared of getting fucked.
Around 25 at the moment. They just don’t seem to get enough wrist time even though I absolutely love all of them.
I am considering dropping down to 6 - 8 and buying the 36mm Explorer I 124270 I have been lusting after.
Saturdays at the pool for kiddo’s swim team. Today is the Swim-a-Thon fundraiser and my kiddo is trying to swim a 3000m w/out stopping.
Wearing my new Seiko Speedtimer to give her some time splits! :)
But there isn’t one Xeric in the bunch! Yet. 😂🤣
Always
I do like the look of the PRX!
But I get the sense it’s pointless to collect unless you CAN buy a dozen Rolexes and/or AP. 😂
Top left is the Hamilton Pilot Day Date - also known as the “Cooper” or “Interstellar.”
Top right is a Sugess Chrono - which is a direct homage to a Breitling Top Time Deus.
Yeah, I can’t seem to get out of the microbrand “fun” purchases.
Fair recommendation. I have often thought I should downsize and step up and actually thought I naututally would eventually. I just haven’t been able to drop the “fun” of having a varied inexpensive collection full of Casio and microbrands.
That being said, there are a few higher quality watches I have been eying lately and I have started to toy with the idea of a 3 or 5 watch collection.
Some of us really like the Toyotas and Hondas.
Ultimate 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yes sir - an old school Sentinel.
I like it quite a bit - I am not a huge dive watch wearer, but I enjoy the feel of the Navygraf.
The most interesting take yet!
I love me a microbrand or five!
A very solid non fashion start! Welcome to the club. :)
