I save my profanity for times and things that are truly worth getting upset about. If you use it all the time, then it becomes meaningless. It just becomes background noise and you sound like a 10 year old all the time.
I’d love it if VirtualBox emulated some really basic 3D cards (Voodoo 3, Radeon 9800) so I could do some old school gaming. I have a few old Windows games that won’t run under Wine.

There’s a bridge called the “11foot8” bridge that has its own YouTube channel and trucks crash into it all the time.
Before the 90s. I think the best time for cable TV was between 1982 and 88. MTV wasn’t crap. The History Channel had actual history shows and the Discovery Channel always had top notch science shows. We also had “Night Flight” on “USA’s Up All Night.” They would run back to back episodes, starting at 9pm on Saturday nights and ending around 4-5am Sunday.
Anyone who remembers 80s cable TV should feel incredibly ripped off by what they’re showing today.

I’ve got two separate drives. Linux Mint on an SSD and Windows 10 on an older, mechanical drive. Leave the Windows drive alone. Make the Linux drive the first drive in your BIOS boot order, with the option to boot to Windows as your second drive.
If your GRUB menu doesn’t show the Windows drive yet, run “sudo update-grub” to detect it. When your reboot, the bootloader should show both options.
I also think the smartest thing Valve ever did was add Proton to their Linux platform. They are going to capture about 90% of gamers migrating from Windows to Linux. It’s a lot easier for gamers to use a pre-configured platform than fiddle with Wine settings for each game.
Not Google related, but whoever decide that the best color scheme for an Office suite should be light grey text on a white background deserves to be flogged.
It might be worth trying to make it run directly under Wine, instead. I can play older games like Deus Ex and Giants: Citizen Kabuto without any problems.
Witcher 3 has an amazing story and 2 DLCs that feel like entire games themselves. Runs great for me under Linux Mint (Steam / Proton).

Yeah, subby. We get it. “Both sides are bad.” But one side is boring corporatists who don’t give a crap and the other side is 100% concentrated evil fascists, authoritarians and religious nutjobs. And while that’s a choice between the lesser of two evils, it’s not a difficult one.
It’s not about the gays vs straights or blacks vs whites or the Romulans vs The Federation. It’s about the billionaires vs everybody else. It’s a class war. It aways has been. And life is never going to improve for most of us until we figure out where the REAL source of our pain comes from. Like George Carlin once said:
“That’s the way the ruling class works in any society. They keep the lower and middle classes fighting with each other so that they . . . the rich . . . can run off with all the f*cking money.”
Also, the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train.
