Just checked that all fortiguard related threads were here and I did the same.
It is not only about memes. Fortuguard is adjusted in such way to block, google docs, email, e-banking, shopping, sport, art, education. For instance, any Wikipedia page can’t be opened, as fortiguard considers it as Educational category.
