I’m incredibly excited for this to be adapted. I want it to hurt even more than it hurt in the comics. I want my favorite character to heroically sacrifice himself in 4k Ultra HD animation. It’s just that it’s happening next season and not this season.

We’re at the part where Invincible goes from good to great. Show onlies are in for the good shit.

It’s been a while but did they swap Rudy and Amanda’s roles in getting into the movie? I remembered Rudy being the one to get the adult.

Its still hilarious in retrospect that Machine Head managed to get Battle Beast on his defense team like he isn’t one of the strongest characters in the entire universe.

I’m so interested in what they even do with Amber going forward. Like there’s no way in HELL they do the abuse subplot.

I’m honestly sad the fish wingman subplot didn’t make it in but I’m mainly just a little eh at the clear jab to comic readers expectations. It felt a little too on the nose.

It’s been strange watching these after reading the comic unlike when I watched season 1. I’m mostly interested in what happens with Debbie. Ive always liked that she and Nolan get back together in the comic but I feel like they’re not gonna do it in the show. I hope they end up doing it anyways though just with much more emphasis put on Debbie.

I could have seen it that way but him killing off a bunch of heroes (RIP Shapesmith) to accomplish his goals will never sit right with me.
