You act like hitting headshots is skill when 90% of the killcams I watch are ppl with high RoF weapons just spraying and praying while landing one lucky bullet. Longer ttk is much more indicative of skill.

TL:DR - speed/health system and one-shot headshot are at odds with each other; need to be significantly changed.
