I didn’t inherit the business. I bought it for more than a million dollars 4 years ago. And all of the employees have gotten raises in the neighborhood of 60% as a percent of the wages when I purchased the business in 2019.

They would be passive aggressive to me or the other staff when trying to execute the tasks necessary to enlist more business.
I am too nice. Honestly. I put up with too much and as a result I let stuff brew in this situation to the point of no recovery. I should have been more forthright and told people to shape up earlier
