Wenn man den Pokalerfolg gegen Köln rauslässt, liegt der letzte Sieg von Kaiserslautern in der Liga auch schon fast 2 Monate zurück. Nach einem eigentlich starken Saisonstart läuft man nun in die Gefahr da unten wieder reinzurutschen, nachdem man sich doch andere Saisonziele gesetzt hatte. Vor allem die Anzahl an Gegentore machen dann doch größere Sorgen.

Wimmer und Maaßen werden beide als potentielle Nachfolger gehandelt was ich durchaus interessant finde.

This team is something very special. The resilience, the mentality, and the fight are all there like in some very vintage German teams. Paired with some incredibly talented players and even players stepping up after lots of injuries is impressive. They weren’t always the better team in the games they played but they just find ways to win.
