Ontario Canada, 1TB LE Ordered 19 minutes after launch. Stuck in Packaged status.

Contacted support but was given a “still being processed at our warehouse”

As I stated before I am fine with waiting but I am frustrated how some people who ordered after me got theirs shipped or delivered while mine is “packaged” like how does this process work… Do they have a box of order numbers and decide to do 10 per day out of the box?

I contacted support and they told me my order is being processed at their warehouse…while others are being delivered ordered 19 minutes after launch 1TB LE
