How so? AJ is just quoting CENTCOM here.

Are you sure about that?
If you’re saying this because it’s Russian media reporting on it, just take it from Western media:

Already thought that this is what you could’ve meant, just wasn’t sure. No worries. x.x.91 are beta versions of the upcoming release. Don’t ask me why they chose this system instead of something like 6.7-beta1, I have no idea either :)

Then you’re either not using the native wayland driver, or you’re running apps that don’t use cross-process rendering. Try Ubisoft Connect or Jagex Launcher. Ubisoft Connect just displays a tiny window with nothing in it, but is probably supposed to show an error message, and Jagex launcher just shows a black screen, according to this comment.
So unless you use a wine version patched to include the cross-process rendering code that was apparently already developed by Collabora (which I think is located here), you’re not gonna get these apps to work.
Northern Germany, E10: ~2.12 € per liter during the day, ~2.00 in the morning and evening. For E5, add 6¢ to these prices, for Diesel and SuperPlus (98 Octane instead of the usual 95), add 16¢.

I would imagine that LIMs becoming more popular could lead to further improvements in that regard, which might actually make more tailored solutions possible at some point. At least KDE already seems to be working on upstreaming this feature in this merge request, so I’m quite excited to see what might be possible in the future :)

because they enable the titlebar to contain useful things instead of being a gigantic waste of pixels
Which can also be achieved with locally integrated menus on SSDs. I use this for example. It may not give you the same flexibility as CSDs, but it does reduce the aspect of wasted space.
Agreed, but I also don’t think that it’s wrong to directly quote someone. It doesn’t necessarily reflect the author’s opinion on the matter or make them “disgusting”.
