I think you can already do this in one shortcuts, not sure of any standalone program that does, if definably accidentally bond like Ctrl+d, Ctrl+s to screenshot before

so does your ISP router have a built in modem? Because most consumer routers are just Ethernet, and you would need a separate modem to convert from DSL to Ethernet for the router to be able to handle it. I personally have no experience with DSL so I can’t offer any advice on what to get.

a router acts as a manager for a subnetwork (your lan) to bridge and firewall to the rest of the internet

breath of fresh air my ass, these redesigns are just getting worse and worse
stops having to swap pages to disk, slightly more overhead on the CPU side but for most systems that will be an order of magnitude faster that swapping to disk
not sure your exact case, but I would highly recommend using pipewire, Bluetooth audio devices were nothing but pain for me with pulse audio and they just worked on pipewire
