Sabonis is very strong and heavily favours his dominant left hand. He also gets most of his assists from handoffs and cutters. Sengun is one of the most ambidextrous players in the league and he generates offense and does pg style assists. He is maybe even bolder with his passes than Jokic is. Sengun is much more similar in style to Jokic but is arguably even more pg like due to him diving and kicking out or diving and dunking a lot.
He weighs 185 lbs. Has that thin body type that gets pushed around too easily like a Trae Young, Dlo, Allen Iverson or Jalen Green.
But basketball is a team sport so 1v1 doesn’t really play into it except for isolations during 5v5 games.

I hear way more people critize people for saying they want to trade Jalen for Poole compared to actually saying trade Jalen Green for Poole. In fact I haven’t seen a single person suggest that, It may have happened but point is, it is super rare.
He was listed as 6’11" last year as well on nba.com. He didn’t grow as much as people say and Sengun even said so as well saying people just forgot how tall he is in the offseason.
Here is a video last year of Sengun and Jonas Valanciunas literally nose to nose and Valanciunas is listed as 7’0". Sengun is 6’11" but like you said he has a long neck (similar in a way to Bosh and Tyler Hansborough) but his shoulder height is lower and you can see a big shoulder height difference between Jonas and Sengun in that video.
The top 5 you have listed is interchangable. Scottie and Sengun have very hot starts to the season and could make an argument for number 1 and 2 if they continue playing like how they are but if it was last year they not in contension for the top.
Sengun used to be over 20 +/- until last game because he was matched with Jokic who carried their team and when Jeff Green came off the Bench he played amazing and had a huge +/-
People comparing him to devin booker are delusional. Third year Booker would have been a lot more efficient than he is was than and more than Jalen green is now.
Part of the reason Jalen Green is a high flyer is because he is so thin. If he gains weight he will lose some explosiveness and I don’t think he will ever gain much weight. He has that thin body style that always gets pushed around on defense too like Trae Young, Allen Iverson, and Deangello Russel. He also has mediocre length, isn’t the best shooter, and is overall a disappointment. I would much rather have a 21 year old Jamal Murray than Jalen Green.
