Ordered mine on the 16th, it was sent out on the 20th and I got it on the 22nd which is exactly 5 work days later

I have the exact same problem. I can only get to the menu where I am supposed to load my save, but no buttons work and the screen is zoomed in.
I have it docked on my desk and use it for browsing the web and watching videos. Basically anything that isn’t AAA gaming, I do with the Deck because it’s ~5W vs ~100W if I used my PC for that. And that’s about 80% of the time spent on PC.
The second you talk to an NPC is the second you notice it’s a Bethesda Game because it looks like it looked for the past 15+ years and better textures can’t hide those animations.
The only thing that’s relevant for FSR is resolution, you don’t have to touch any other settings.
Just set the ingame resolution to something lower than 1280x800 and set the game to borderless or windowed because the system-FSR doesn’T work with fullscreen. Then FSR can be set as scaling filter through the quick access menu(steam button) at the bottom of the performance tab to bring the resolution back to 800p.
You can check if it’s active by using the detailed overlay
Personally with the OLED I still don’t want to go above ~4500 RPM, which is the case at ~18-19W
As I said I’ve ran the LCD Deck with the exact same configuration and SteamOS 3.5.7 and the SMT bug is still there
