Sounds like anyone using GLS going by this thread
I mean I don’t think anyone would be complaining if valve didn’t falsely advertise how long the steam decks would take to get to us. It’s been longer than the 5-7 days when I ordered it and they’re now saying on steam that it’s 3-5 days. They’re clearly not able to fulfil their promise… Also GLS are notoriously awful at keeping consistent updates, this I’m not too annoyed at myself but with everything else it gets frustrating getting left in the dark whilst others seemingly get theirs before others despite ordering later and in the same location
Bro mines not even gotten past the initial GLS IT system message. Check parcelforce to see if they have it. Way more progress than me and a lot of others
My new steamdeck arrived today, had some shenanigans with Parcelforce but ultimately its here and im excited. It has however been on the boot up screen for the last 15 minutes and I am wary of forcing a restart in case it is doing something important but also I am running out of patience with how long it is taking. It’s my first steamdeck so I thought I would check with you guys. Is this normal or is it stuck and am I ok to try and force a restart? The fans are working and the haptic feedback is ok and its charging light it working. Any ideas?
