You said he’s showing his age and mentioned his YPC and sub-50 yard games which I interpreted to mean regression and I believe he’s still at the peak of his powers. If that interpretation is incorrect then all is well.

I’m sure he’s not as athletic as he was when he was 25. I just think it’s too soon to determine that he’s regressed. Last year was one of if not his best season IMO. Top 4 season for sure. This year’s been a little down yeah but so was 2021 (people were saying the same thing) and he bounced right back.

Why do you think Kelce is slowing down? He’s had like 2 bad games all season. Yards per game is similar to previous years. I mean it’s coming sooner rather than later but I don’t see evidence yet. Also teams are doubling him more cuz we have no other receiving threat

I think that was 2 weeks ago. And 2 weeks before that he was mvp caliber again lol. You really don’t see nearly as much overreaction as in other sports. Lebron’s team got cooked by almost 50 last night and there’s no “he’s washed” talk at all. Wonder why that is? Maybe becasue they play so many more games.

I wonder this myself, but one point is that the eagles and niners are probably operating with a 3-4 year window in mind. Stack the team with talent, try to win a superbowl and then rebuilt. In the Chiefs case, we’re trying to be super bowl contenders every year during Mahomes’ reign. Maybe that means barely being contenders.

It should be a non-qb this season actually. None of them are really setting the world on fire. What about Miles Garrett?
