France, I ordered on the 16th, stuck on packaged since this week-end, support told be it’s processing but there is no progress

I contacted the support, they told me the order is being processed in their warehouse, but no tracking number, I’m starting to think the tracking number is not a real thing

Ordered a 1TB 86 minutes in on the 16th, packaged state since this weekend, no news so far…

I’m from Paris, which was already depressing enough to start with…
