I feel like 2 banners - one for free and one in the pass made more sense than 3 because no one will use the middle banner and it looks just like the first one except some parts added on the sides.

I think instead of the middle banner, the grab bag could have been kept.

Also, 3 banners is a nice idea and would have been great for faerie court where there were 4 factions so adding a 4th for the last season would have been cute.
