Toyota officially said they’ll keep making the current generation ES for roughly 2 more years in Kentucky, before it moves to Japan for next generation in mid-late 2025.

Matches up with a dealer conference confirming a 2026 redesign, that was restarted over the last year.

The 2025 ES they showed 2 years ago I guess was canned. LS has been mostly unchanged since 2020, rumored to die after 2024.

I saw something on here not long ago, that said the ES is now a 2026 model and LS is dead. Makes sense too, because on some Lexus forums I see they mentioned no trademarks have been filed yet for anything sedan wise.

Check the MSRP for the current hybrid and that’ll answer most questions. Top model will cost more than current XSE V6.

PHEV is coming, but when exactly? Maybe by spring or MY 2026. I only know that Toyota will be making the 2.4T Hybrid Max for the Camry, 2.5 A25A-FXS hybrid. A25A-FXS is the same engine code as the PHEV. It’s very possible Prime is coming, like some insider bros have been saying.

May is when these rollout into showrooms, but I’m guessing production starts in April.

Yeah, V6 production has roughly 3-4 months left. Production of all gas Camrys ends March 31st.

It is all hybrid for 2025, no more gas only versions. Camry factory switches over to all-hybrid production in April, for the 2025 model out in May.

PHEV should be available, but Beyond Zero applies to all hybrids and evs Toyota sells from September 2023.

That’s not accurate at all. It’s 100% hybrid when gas production ends March 31st. These go on sale in May.

Turbo hybrid will be pricey.

Top Camry will cross $40k.
