The quality isn’t any worse than other GR Dunks and the fact that they are common doesn’t bother me. The shoe is fine for what it is.
Pandas were THE shoe for a while until they got popular/common. Now they’re similar to people that gatekeep bands by saying things like, “Yeah, well I was listening to them before they were cool.”
How much running are you doing?
Most people here spell it like “Sketchers” so my guess is they don’t think of them often.
Most high performance shoes. They’re great for their purpose and can be really interesting but just aren’t suited for casual wear in terms of comfort, durability, etc.
It’s a shame because I’d really like to wear them more.
I love how they look but my pair is noticeably tighter than all of my other AM1s even though they’re the same size.
Asics makes some really comfortable and stable shoes. Something like a Nimbus or Kayano would be worth checking out.

The one in your pic might be a slightly different colorway - it’s hard to tell if the lighting is subduing the shininess of those in the link that I sent.
These are one of the better looking ISPA models - though i still expect to see them filling up outlet shelves soon. That price is ridiculous.
Every size is still sitting over an hour after the drop.
