Put 2006 LT on this 9ers team in a 17-game season, then put CMC in the 2006 NFL (where the main highlight of Madden the year before was the addition of the “hit stick” amd Jacked Up was ESPN’s most popular NFL segment) and see what happens
LT gets 2500+ APY, McCaffrey is done for the year by week 7
Fletcher Cox showing bandwagon Chiefs fans how to do the Tomahawk Chop
(Colts and Broncos were 3/5 on winning the SB in the seasons listed)
Gregg Popovich’s win percentage without Tim Duncan is .476
Bill’s without Brady is .462
Pop is unanimously considered a legend even by the most ignorant nephews on r/NBA, whereas on r/NFL Bill Belichick is, and has always been, a hack
it’s like watching the second coming of Zach Ertz. enjoy your Kincaid, Bills Mafia :')
I wanted them to play Nnamdi Asomugha in press man coverage after making him the highest-paid cornerback in NFL history at the time. Thankfully, Juan Castillo knew better!
Someone on this sub made an insane animation of that Agholor TD. It was so fucking cool.
Wentz escaping from that dogpile in the 2nd Washington game needs to be on the list.
I’d also include the Pete Morelli game where they beat the refs and the Panthers in Carolina on primetime (10 penalties for 126 yards for us, 1 penalty for 1 yard for them).
Honorable mention goes to Wentz’s record-breaking TD pass immediately after blowing out his knee, though most of us were too sick to our stomachs at the time to appreciate it in the moment.
