Didn’t watch the game but what was the story for his second half? Was he on the floor much?
When he was a Sun he would often come out of the gate aggressive and then disappear in the second half.

The KD trade was a no brainer
But man we do miss having Mikal here, if for no other reason the vibes
They really fell didn’t they, sucks that Adams has to miss the whole season I love his game.
I like watching Ja play as well but dude needed a timeout to hopefully get his shit together and grow up.
I think all of our role players and bench guys are coming into their games, it takes a while to get rolling and get the chemistry, back into season basketball shape, etc. Not saying this is the “breakout moment” for Goodwin but we should expect to see progress for all of these guys as the season goes on as we get ready for the playoffs.

We really are witnessing one of the greatest Suns eras right now and potentially the best one in franchise history.
I pray we get Book and KD ring(s) while they are together, they are already going off and are going to become an absolutely legendary duo once they’ve been together awhile and get that chemistry 100% locked in.
There is no way in a legit closer game with higher stakes that Book and KD will not be on the floor to close it out. If this were a playoff game KD and Book would have both been back on the floor for at least the entire second half of the 4Q.
The 4Q execution has not been great, but this is not a good example of what that would look like in a must win situation.
