Can anyone confirm if the broken RDNA2 HW Accelerated video playback (stutters/freezes) fix from 23.10.1 is implemented in the new 9 Nov AFMF driver? Last one didn’t have it
Exactly this. I’d wager the current 2 game FSR3 release was intentional for dead games just so they could “release” it. Makes no sense to push FSR3 yet when Vsync and VRR are big issues, especially VRR. With the supposed GPUOpen release with proper support, that should be the real start of adoption.
So what’s the best way to have the best experience/input lag? Never messed with Allow Tearing, just left the default 60 fps cap, and generally disable Vsync in-game and either use game’s 60 fps cap or put unlimited.
Would the best be Allow Tearing On, disable in-game vsync and use game FPS cap?
