Hmmm, I play Razor casually like around 150 games Level 11 Silver Tier prior to the Arcana release date. Then I realized I love the hero and now I’m willing to grind him to Grandmaster Tier. It started during the Bloodstone Meta on him which is also after the Arcana got released. I know that was nerfed now but I still wanted to play/grind him. As for the Immortal head, I had it for a long time already. If you are willing to commit/grind on the hero, I would say yes its worth it.
