Wow. Wonderful Airbubbles in there! Mine always is more compact i envy you.

One little thing: kalamata olives are the shit. Would love for you to try them out in focaccia.

Isn’t that something piefed does?

Not quite

Honestly a lot of people probably don’t even know vegetables can be as good as they can be so I try to propagate that.

Cannot agree more with this. People think I eat bland af as soon as they know I’m vegan. Have they tried indian cuisine once? The spice literally punches you in the face. Sidenote: have you tried tempeh? Wonderful protein source that can be super meaty if done right.

I’m just responding to your question

Thank you for that. To be real: I asked that because I was kind of sceptical seeing your original post being mainly around “how not to be vegan”. As a vegan you hear a lot about how not to do it from people that actually just want to eat meat and be left alone that’s why I jumped my shadow and wanted to talk to you about the good stuff you do. So again: thanks for your response! And let’s keep on fighting for animal rights in our own different ways.

How do you support the cause?

This is the real question here.

I use Fairphobe 5 and iode. I am quite happy with it - have not run into any bugs at all. Just aurora store sometimes has a few problems - never bothered me enough to write a bug report(i don’t know much about that sort of stuff).

I do not understand all the downvotes.

However I also am sceptical: why not use a proper local-first Passwordmanager like KeePassXC?

Edit: this is not a humorous post, right? So maybe post it to another community?

“The Upside” is really shitty US-remake of the beautiful film “The Intouchables”

I like the fediverse based alternatives. Lemmy, piefed, MBin(or something like that - never tried it). Feels more like building a community. Most corparate Digital Media for me feel more like being forced to go there.

For me it is a german book called “Immer schon vegan” being about stuff that always was cooked vegan from all over the world. I do not know if it available in english

True. I walked by it and thought “ah funny back then they already mentioned linux as a way out of windows”. After that thought i looked at the date and was suprised it is from this year.

Do a meme with this template yourself ! Love it.

Why not something like this - oldschool:

I love the idea. Maybe both sides working? Or having a fixpoint at π/2.

I am a linux beginner: Why obviously?
