True. The cash grab was TLOU Part 1 Remaster with no opportunity to upgrade from the PS4 version at all.

Inops, right? I think I still own this. Fun little game.
That little jingle that plays while cooking in BotW/TotK fills me with much joy.
Do I ever use the food for more than healing and extra hearts? No. But I’ll be damned if I don’t spend a good hour just throwing my hard scavenged food items in a pan just to hear the jingle.
Coral Island is fun though
Was that from one of the Legacy of Kain games?
Whether you go ee-oh or ee-yo unless you really pronounce that y sound (why would you though?) it sounds nearly identical. What I have heard is Mar-io vs Mare-io. I go Mar-io because that’s what Mario himself says.
Your friend is kind of idiot if they don’t consider platformers a genre. For years they were THE genre. Mega Man, Metroid, Mario, Castlevania, Earthworm Jim, Rayman, Flashback, Donkey Kong, OG Prince of Persia, Commander Keen, Duke Nukem, etc. And that is only the 2D ones off the top of my head. Once Mario 64 hit there was a rush of 3D platformers that became their own genre in themselves and brought gaming to new heights. It’s fine if the don’t like platformers but to say they aren’t a genre is asinine.
The entire game is a mix of single player and co-op. I think the servers are supposed to have shut down so you may not even be able to connect to do co-op at this point. Though I run solo with the AI teammates so I haven’t tried it recently.
“Best” is subjective and ultimately up to you. Personally I recommend starting right from the beginning and playing in order up to Black Flag. After that most of the story is irrelevant until Origins where you see the birth of the Hidden Ones (later Assassins).
My favourite is Black Flag but I have a pirate bias. Best original game is probably the AC 2 (by extension Brotherhood and Revelations as gameplay is almost the same). Best newer style goes to Origins. It isn’t too heavy on the loot and ancient Egypt is a great environment. I’d go with Odyssey (Greek bias) but it is just too long of a game and it locks you behind too many “need to be X level” walls even compared to Valhalla or Origins.
Need to finish Mirage but that is definitely a decent mix of both old and new. Better appreciated after playing the other games. For me anyway.
Whichever you choose, have fun and welcome to the Creed.
If the game is fun I don’t care if it speaks my language. Plus, sub over dub any day.(Unless it’s Ghost Stories)
As soon as it downloads I’ll be playing Monster Rancher on Steam.
Stopped reading after title. Clearly a troll and not even worth the time to type more than this. Even this is too much honestly but I’m doing fuckall else atm.
