  • The way you phrased your comment seemed to be extremely disrespectful given that I clearly explained that most Hindus do not mess with Cow Dung but I’ll play along.

We do not worship cows. We consider the cow to be an auspicious animal and therefore avoid harming them at all costs (at least the highly religious people do). That is different than worshipping it. The way we view cows is similar to how Christians view lamb: the lamb is not necessarily worshiped but it is considered an auspicious animal.

Avoiding eating/killing cows is the extent to what usual Hindus would do for cows. Don’t ask me why extremists feel that it’s beneficial to burn cow dung because as I clearly said in my original post, most Hindus don’t commit such practices.

  • This is frankly a very ignorant comment.

First of all, I am an American as well, as I was born and raised in the US. My family’s from India. There’s a very key difference between the two and I would highly encourage you educate yourself before posting clueless assumptions.

Second, Idk how you can even possibly connect cow dung and cow urine to street food habits of not wearing gloves, etc. There have even been local restaurants in the US that haven’t worn gloves on a few occasions. I further can’t say any of the nonsense you did when street hygiene habits have absolutely nothing to do with a typical household’s habits. Just watch the show Kitchen Nightmares where Gordon points out how some of our own American restaurants handle food. Would it be fair to assume all US households including your own handle their dinner preparation in the same manner? Also many Americans have the notorious habit of not washing their rear after doing business in the bathroom. Should I assume that you do the same? That’s how you sound.

I guarantee that my kitchen as well as the kitchens of all of my friends (Indian, American, Canadian, Bulgarian, etc.) have far cleaner cooking habits than you. Using the habits of random people on the street to label an entire country’s cooking habits is laughable, to say the least

  • Yes, the wedding was actually accurate. There are some castes that have beautiful weddings like theirs that last for literal days and nights. Meanwhile there are other castes who have weddings that only last five minutes. Although class can certainly affect how extravagant the wedding is, the rituals and length of the wedding is definitely more of a caste thing than a class thing.

  • It actually hurts to watch this girl’s brain work. I get that being in love messes with your logic but this guy definitely would’ve pounded her and/or slapped her had the cameras not been rolling. He doesn’t give a jackshit about her feelings or her existence. He’s selfish, short-tempered, and controlling. He went back on his word on a clear dealbreaker for her (having babies). He openly admitted to lying about this just to get her in bed. He orders her on what to wear. He says he’ll do things like making posts about her but then doesn’t follow through until or unless something’s in it for him. He fools around with other women in his gym. He threw her lollipop on the floor because it was “annoying” him. He calls her horrible names like “bitch”, etc. And her sister pointed out a lot of this crap yet she’s still with him. Someone talk some sense into this girl, PLEASE

  • Sometimes Googling isn’t enough. She would need to google the caste, but there are many different castes in India and they’re all very different from each other with different types of weddings and traditions, and it honestly doesn’t even seem like TJ explained the caste system to Kim or told him which caste she’s marrying into. I’m an Indian and even I’m not sure of his caste, but what I can tell you is my caste has far more simpler traditions than his. Our wedding lasts 5 minutes and there are no ridiculous house chore rules for after the wedding. Sleeping with our moms as grown adults is completely unheard of.

Kim, unfortunately, picked one of the castes with an insane amount of rules and a pretty low respect for women, so TJ absolutely should’ve explained things to her properly before agreeing to marry. She has absolutely no idea what hell she’s in for
