Best reason not to is you can’t suspend/resume when streaming. And also streaming can be really finicky.

It runs decently on Steam Deck

Is Chiaki4deck different somehow than Chiaki?

If I separate out my WiFi into two channels and connect to the 5Ghz channel, it’s much better, but not perfect. Maybe three visual glitches in 10 minutes but no audio cutting out like before. Testing at around 500Mbps download.

If only there was a way to force the Steam Deck onto the 5Ghz channel. I tried the MAC filtering technique but then the SD wouldn’t connect at all to my WiFi.

Looks like it’s on 2.4ghz channel (my 2.4 and 5 ghz are the same network). I tested at 100 mbps on my SD through Chrome in the same spot I was getting the visual glitches. Wifi strength was -45 dBm.
