It’s 30km/s not m/s. They were still able to see the difference on atomic clocks moving on airplanes that were barely off the ground and much, much slower than 30km/s.

Also what about combining Earth’s axial rotating ~450m/s with it?

I mostly wonder if we compare us (Earth) with someone orbiting much slower or much faster, would the time difference still be negligible or not?
