1·1 month agoCachyOS might be, at worst, as difficult to use as Arch, and at best, a really convenient way to get Arch Linux’s benefits.
Daily-driver here. The only issues I’ve faced are with Bluetooth on cosmic-panel not working as expected.

6·1 year agoWhy do you try to make Linux seem unusable? It’s not “Linux”'s fault proprietary software doesn’t work on it. Would you criticize GNOME, KDE Plasma etc. and any of the gazillion other pieces of software exclusive to Linux for not working on W*ndows to reach a wider audience next?
CachyOS provides optimised Linux kernels out of the box, leading to significant performance gains. I got a friend to install Cachy on his old computer, and his experience is similar too.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but wouldn’t it be more convenient to just use DankMaterialShell for a more complete Material You shell?
